Super informative - I did not know pre-mix vs. oil injection would affect the carb's fueling and also did not know Kawasaki redesigned them to compensate for this. I have a '95 SXi, which was factory oil injection but it has the larger 1.6 needle/seat.

Hi Jim, i have a Js300 and a 650sx, do you think filling the handle pole with expanding foam is a good idea? i notice the 300 is empty with a drain hole near the pivot. Aluminium pole on the 650. Thanks, Simon

I think the "bilge pump" claim is interesting. Everyone claims they were bilge pumps but i have yet to see any sort of actual proof. I'd love to see some pictures, or any sort of evidence on the bilge pump version if you could provide any that would be awesome!

That was not from your welding, I think it was from a dry thrust washer, that is a guess, but it was not from your welding.

My 94 Yamaha FX1 is all stock except the intake grate which was switched to a more aggressive loader style to eliminates Porpoising on choppy water.The stock nozzle is 85mm , matched to the 701 engine for a top speed of 52mph.....all the speed I need.

I just did a Focus rear wheel bearing at 21.5 tons! Damn right standing clear! PS I used heat mid way as well, Crazy!

Jim air gap between flywheel and crank caused the arc weld,you should of tacked weld with ground on bars as well as welded finish on bar with ground on bar,if you investigate you might see taper was off on hub compared to crank taper.

My brother hurt his hand pretty bad one time using a press. Piece flew out and ripped his hand. He had to go get stitched back together. I have myself avoided some near misses from parts flying out at me. It can definitely be dangerous for sure. 👍 Good video Jimmy! 💯

Why no penetrating oil ? I find that Jig-A-Loo has the smallest molecules. But first let the welded item cool.

If you don't know how to remove the gas cap and put it on you shouldn't be driving anything! She says wrong gas will "blow up"! What!?! One of worst vids ever wasted my time on.

That’s crazy that your ground location welded the flywheel on. I had a 550 that had the flywheel welded directly to the crank, on purpose. Believe it or not, saved both 👍

Doesn't that flywheel have an inner thread for a removal tool or big bolt?
